The Digital Heart of Your System
The STREAM1 is Innuos' entry-level music streamer and server — uncompromising where it counts. Modular by design, it adapts to your system today and grows with it tomorrow: output module, internal storage, linear power supply. One device, endless possibilities.
Key Features
- Intel 13th Gen Platform: Quad-Core processor and 8GB industrial-grade DDR5 RAM — over 200% faster processing than its predecessor. Smooth interface, responsive library.
- Low-Noise Architecture: CX Regulator developed with Dr Sean Jacobs. Independent, low-noise power delivered directly to the output stage for a clean, precise audio signal.
- Built-in Sense Software: OS on dedicated SSD with Real-Time Kernel technology inherited from the ZEN Next-Gen series. Qobuz, Tidal, DLNA/UPnP, AirPlay, Roon Ready.
- Modular & Upgradeable: Interchangeable output modules (SPDIF, BaseDAC, Performance DAC, PhoenixUSB), optional M.2 NVMe storage up to 4TB, compatible with LPS1 linear power supply.
- Compact & Discreet: 10mm CNC-machined aluminium fascia, half-width format. Fits anywhere, pairs perfectly with the LPS1 in a stacked configuration.
Listening Impressions
Connected via USB to an external DAC, the STREAM1 immediately reveals what Innuos does best: a remarkably dark background, a stable soundstage, natural timbres free of digital artefacts. Voices have body, instruments breathe. This isn't a streamer that "plays at hi-fi" — it's a streamer that gets out of the way and lets the music exist. Add the LPS1 and the noise floor drops another notch, note decay lengthens, the midrange fills out.
