Although this cable was not intentionally developed for digital signals, in practice it has proven to deliver extraordinary results and has since been the recommended cable for digital applications, despite of having a different impedance than normal. Perfectly suitable for music aficionados and studios. Not recommended for live applications.
Due to its very large solid core conductors this cable is stiff. It is therefore not suitable for every application and it benefits from careful handling. It is an uncompromising cable that is non-shielded in favour of maximum sound quality. Therefore a certain risk of interference must be taken into consideration.
