It also generates negative ions.

With RKI-5005, Acoustic Revive introduces a completely new isolation material that adds a negative ion effect to its overwhelming damping properties. The RKI-5005 has been developed using new materials optimized for thinner insulators. The RKI-5005 uses a new silicon-based material that has been carefully studied for optimal hardness and viscosity. A groove with a geometric pattern on the surface significantly enhances vibration damping properties and can be used with anything from speakers to amplifiers, music players, audio racks, etc., and can be combined with other isolators, shelves, cable isolators, and so on.

Acoustic Review envisions the RKI-5005 not only as an accessory that significantly absorbs vibrations but also as a passive device capable of enhancing the silent operation of components. Unlike traditional soft rubber isolators, no sound damping of energy is engaged, making it easier to locate and energize a dense and clear sound image in a three-dimensional space. The RKI-5005 is impregnated with natural mineral powder such as Guiyang stones and tourmaline combined with new silicone-based materials. All of this adds to its damping properties.

The kiyoseki and tourmaline create negative ions by spreading pressure, and when the pressure is further increased by the weight of speakers or audio components, the insulator will enhance the performance of your audio system by emitting negative ions. Ishiguro strongly believes in how negative ions exert a significant effect on such quality improvement by inducing charge in conjunction with the damping effect because static electricity on the surface is eliminated.

The RKI-5005 is very effective in its main role, going beyond the conventional concept as an isolator. It can be applied to the top surface of a component where it will provide a damping effect and offer an improvement in quality through the negative ion effect. When used, the geometric pattern with the grooved side should be turned upwards. With a diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, it is not too large and can be used in many places.
